Personal SMS/MMS is limited to approved Personal & Family accounts and conversational messaging from an authenticated subscriber device. Business, organizational, automated, promotional, transactional and bulk messaging are not permitted on this profile.

Metered numbers charge for inbound calling by the minute, alongside the number’s monthly fee. Number availability and messaging capabilities depend on the chosen number.

Calling rates and included minutes apply to the selected package. Extra simultaneous calls depend on the number’s channel-overflow settings and applicable charges. Outbound calling is destination-based and billed separately; the inbound package does not include outbound minutes.
Inbound calls are billed in 60-second increments. Outbound billing uses 60-second increments.
SMS is billed per segment and MMS per message. Messaging requires approval and a capable number; carrier fees may apply. “Request a quote” means a public rate has not been published. It does not mean the service is unavailable or included at no charge.
