A mobile line for everyday calls, texts and data

Add an eligible virtual number and forward its calls and supported messages to your line.

Check your phone’s IMEI before choosing a network and plan.

Have your device IMEI ready. You can find it in your phone’s settings. The portal checks compatibility where a network supports an automated check.

Install the eSIM and activate your cellular line.

Use an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. If compatibility or a retail price is unavailable, contact us before placing an order.

Voice, messaging, device support and roaming depend on the selected plan. A virtual number is a separate service; its country does not establish cellular roaming coverage.

Wireless service brings a cellular line to a compatible phone through an eSIM. Choose a plan for your calling, texting and mobile-data needs, then manage the line from your MultiTEL account.

An eSIM is a way to install service on your phone. MultiTEL’s wireless line and travel data packages serve different needs: one supports your calling, texting and data plan; the other provides data for a trip.

Choose a plan for the domain you will host. The portal shows your account’s available plans and the amount due before you subscribe.

Create and manage mailboxes, review storage use, set forwarding and configure automatic replies.

Give each person a mailbox on your own domain. Standard plans include 10 GB per mailbox, with mailbox administration, aliases, forwarding and automatic replies in the customer portal.

Manage additional addresses and mailing-list subscribers. Control whether a list accepts messages from non-subscribers.

Standard hosted email plans — prices in USD

Use your company logo and a webmail domain under your own name. Domain and certificate setup must be completed before that address is ready for users.

You need access to your domain’s DNS and to the source mailboxes you want to migrate. Changing DNS alone does not copy existing email.

An LRN identifies the routing number associated with a telephone number. A ported number can retain its dialed number while its routing information changes. Use the result in your routing and rating workflow.

Check the API response status before using its data. Fields can be absent or empty; handle those cases in your application.

Maintain sufficient account balance and use an approved API account. Number rental, calling and other lookup services are separate charges.

Query the telephone number in international format. An ANI argument is optional for the LRN operation; it is not required for a basic lookup.

Replace the credentials and example telephone number. Keep credentials on your application server, outside public website code.

USD. One thousand queries cost $0.25; one million cost $250. The same query rate applies at every volume—there are no volume discounts.

Which number should the call use for routing?

For US business messaging, register the business identity and campaign or complete toll-free verification, then associate the approved sender with a messaging-capable number. Sender registration, consent and destination rules remain part of the service requirements.

SMS is billed per segment; longer messages can contain multiple segments. MMS is billed per message. Carrier fees and registration charges may apply separately.

Check portability, prepare the account and authorization details, then coordinate a transfer date before cancelling the current service.

Choose a country and area so people can reach you on a local number. Check whether the number supports voice, SMS and MMS; these are separate capabilities.

Give callers an eligible toll-free number for the market you serve. Rental and inbound usage vary by country and offer.

How many calls can use the relevant package at once. Channel capacity and included minutes measure different things.

A travel eSIM supplies mobile data for a destination or region. Use it for maps, browsing and internet-based apps while away from home. Check the selected package’s coverage and conditions; a data package does not by itself include a cellular phone number, voice minutes or SMS.

Compare a single-country package with a regional package when your trip includes several stops. Check that every destination is included.

Follow the eSIM installation instructions and monitor available usage. Where supported, add data to the existing eSIM; some packages require a new eSIM.

Review when the package starts, its expiry and its data allowance. An unlimited offer may have daily full-speed allowances or reduced speeds.
