Wireless and travel eSIMs

Choose a wireless line for everyday calls, texts and data, or a travel data eSIM for the places you visit.

Choose the eSIM service that fits your plans

An eSIM is a way to install service on your phone. MultiTEL’s wireless line and travel data packages serve different needs: one supports your calling, texting and data plan; the other provides data for a trip.

A mobile line for everyday calls, texts and data

Wireless service brings a cellular line to a compatible phone through an eSIM. Choose a plan for your calling, texting and mobile-data needs, then manage the line from your MultiTEL account.

  • Check your phone’s IMEI before choosing a network and plan.
  • Review the plan’s included usage and any metered charges before ordering.
  • Install the eSIM and activate your cellular line.
  • Add an eligible virtual number and forward its calls and supported messages to your line.

Voice, messaging, device support and roaming depend on the selected plan. A virtual number is a separate service; its country does not establish cellular roaming coverage.

Start with your phone

Have your device IMEI ready. You can find it in your phone’s settings. The portal checks compatibility where a network supports an automated check.

Use an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. If compatibility or a retail price is unavailable, contact us before placing an order.

Personal & Family messaging is conversational traffic from an authenticated subscriber device. Automated and business messaging uses the separate messaging service and its registration requirements.

Mobile data for the places you travel

A travel eSIM supplies mobile data for a destination or region. Use it for maps, browsing and internet-based apps while away from home. Check the selected package’s coverage and conditions; a data package does not by itself include a cellular phone number, voice minutes or SMS.

Choose a destination and allowance

Compare a single-country package with a regional package when your trip includes several stops. Check that every destination is included.

Match the validity to your trip

Review when the package starts, its expiry and its data allowance. An unlimited offer may have daily full-speed allowances or reduced speeds.

Install and keep track of usage

Follow the eSIM installation instructions and monitor available usage. Where supported, add data to the existing eSIM; some packages require a new eSIM.

Check these details before choosing a travel plan

Coverage
The exact destinations and networks listed for the package, including each stop on a multi-country trip.
Allowance and speed
The included data, any fair-use allowance, and what happens when the allowance is used.
Activation and expiry
Whether validity starts at purchase, installation or first use, as specified by the package.
Device and hotspot support
Your phone’s eSIM compatibility, carrier-unlock status and the package’s tethering conditions.
Adding more data
Whether the package supports a top-up on the same eSIM or requires installing a new one.
Keeping your usual number
Your existing line and its roaming settings are separate from the travel data eSIM. Check your phone’s dual-SIM settings before travelling.
