Sign in to the customer portal and select the intended Hosted PBX. Check its name or billing code before editing; each PBX has separate extensions and call routes.
Build the sequence
- Create a named flow that describes its purpose, such as “Sales after hours”.
- Add the available destinations in the order the call should visit them: a recording, condition, extension, group, queue, menu or voicemail.
- Set every timeout, failure and final destination. An action that answers, transfers or hangs up can prevent later steps from running.
- If the editor exposes variables, give them clear names and define the behavior when a value is missing.
- Save the flow, test it, then select it from the intended number or other PBX destination.
Example
A shared after-hours flow can play a closed-hours greeting and then send the caller to voicemail. Referencing that one flow from several numbers lets you update the greeting and destination together.
Check every route that uses a flow before changing or deleting it.
Save and verify
Review the selected PBX and proposed values, then save. Place a controlled call through the affected route and check Call history. Include busy, unanswered and after-hours cases where they apply. Keep the previous configuration until the new route is verified.
