This policy explains how MultiTEL applications use Google OAuth and Google user data. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

Access and use

MultiTEL requests only the Google OAuth scopes shown on the Google consent screen. Depending on the application, this may include basic profile and email information for sign-in or data needed to provide a user-requested hosted-email integration. MultiTEL uses Google user data only to provide and secure the feature the user authorized, troubleshoot that feature, and comply with applicable law.

MultiTEL does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. MultiTEL does not receive the user's Google password. Service providers may process limited information only as necessary to host, secure, support, or operate the authorized feature and subject to appropriate obligations.

Token security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are treated as credentials, encrypted at rest where stored, protected in transit, and restricted to authorized systems and personnel. Tokens are not used for a purpose or scope the user did not authorize.

Revocation and deletion

Users may revoke MultiTEL's access through their Google Account permissions or request disconnection or deletion through legal@multitel.net. Revocation invalidates Google's authorization. After MultiTEL receives or confirms revocation or a valid deletion request, associated OAuth tokens are disabled promptly and permanently deleted from active MultiTEL systems within 30 days. Residual encrypted backup copies are isolated from active use and expire under MultiTEL's backup-retention schedule.

MultiTEL may retain account metadata, security logs, or records that do not permit continued Google API access when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Google API policy

MultiTEL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and applicable Google OAuth policies.
